Troyas doesn’t just talk about practice management and consulting. . . she lives it!
A resident of Las Vegas since 1972,
Troyas is a professional who brings more than 30 years of practical, hands-on experience to each and every client.
She is an experienced medical practice CEO and CFO who knows first-hand what it takes to successfully manage a physician’s practice.
She understands that each client is unique and she’s not afraid to roll up her sleeves and prove that her firm’s success hinges on the success she’s able to bring to her clients. Troyas believes in achieving success in three major areas of practice management:
efficient management of accounting and business functions; increasing profits through accurate billing and collections; and decreasing expenses through sensible contract negotiations and cost efficiencies.
For each client, Troyas combines her interpersonal, analytical and organizational skills with her ability to quickly process information, resolve conflicts and generate positive results unsurpassed by most practice management and consulting firms.
Trina Norton
Trina is a results-oriented professional medical administrator with a unique combination of clinical, analytical and management experience honed through 26 years of providing direct clinical and operational management. Her experience includes the areas of human resources and staffing; staff training; property management; EPL, Workman’s Compensation, Disability, FMLA and Health Insurance; 401K programs; employee benefits programs; insurance contracting; credentialing; and licensing. She is also versed in IT and mobile communications and implementation.
To each client, Trina brings a work ethic unsurpassed by few. Her quick analytical skills are invaluable when it comes to identifying office operations problems, efficiencies and work flow issues. Additionally, her focus on providing exceptional customer service is infectious – those around her automatically learn and improve their own service quality skills by her example.
